Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater in the urban core, plus Yelm, Tenino and Rainier along SR 507, all covered by one local crew.
Our service area is compact on purpose. We work only in six towns in the South Sound part of Thurston County, which keeps drive times short and lets us stock vans for local conditions rather than a sprawling region. In Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater, most homes run on city water from municipal wells that range from soft to moderately hard, and gas ranges and dryers are common. Around Yelm, Tenino and Rainier, and on the rural acreage at the edge of every town, private wells, propane tanks and septic systems become part of the picture. Pick your town below for local notes. If your Lacey home has an Olympia mailing address, as many in Hawks Prairie do, you’re covered all the same.
