Book Appliance Repair in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and Beyond

Help the technician arrive prepared

A few details make the first visit far more likely to be the only one. Tell us the brand and model, what the machine is doing and anything you’ve already tried. When you book, you’re booking a $97 diagnostic: if you approve the fixed quote that follows, that $97 is deducted from the repair, and if you don’t, it covers the visit in full.

Before we arrive

• Photograph the model and serial number tag; look inside the door or along the frame.
• Take a short video or photo of the problem, such as a leak or error code.
• Share any gate code, lockbox details or building entry instructions when you book.
• Keep pets in another room so the technician can work with doors left open.
• Open up room around the appliance and, if you can, empty the drum, racks or shelves.

Towns we serve

Our technicians cover six towns, Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater, then Yelm, Rainier and Tenino, plus the rural acreage that surrounds each one. A home on a private well or propane is worth mentioning in your message, since that tells our technician which screens, valves and fittings to load for your house.
